How do I become a patient at Valley OB/GYN? To become a patient of ours, simply call or visit the office and speak to one of our receptionists about your interest in being a patient at Valley OB/GYN. They will guide you through our enrollment procedures. Also, you may be referred by your primary care physician to our practice.
Where is your office located? We are located across the street from Valley Hospital near the intersection of Houk and Sinto. MAP
Will you accept my insurance? We accept many forms of insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, so it is very likely. Our insurance partners include: Aetna, Asuris, Cigna-Great West, CHPW, Coventry Health, First Choice, First Health Network, Regence BlueShield of Idaho, Group Health, Health Net, Humana, Molina, Interwest, Premera, Uniform, United Healthcare, Triwest, and Wellcare. If you want to be a patient at Valley OB/GYN, but don't see your insurance provider listed here, check with your insurance company to see if our practice is in your network.
Why does it matter that Valley OBGYN has received accreditation from the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM)?
