Pregnancy is a very exciting time in every woman's life that we are looking forward to sharing with you. We want your pregnancy to be a smooth and comfortable process. For this reason, we offer a wide range of tests that evaluate the health of both the mother and the child. For your comfort, you will have the opportunity to choose the provider you feel is best for you. Your provider will be able to remain with you for the duration of your pregnancy. Towards the end of your pregnancy, your provider will begin to discuss the different options and plans of delivery. Feel free to ask your doctor anything that you are unsure of, and don't be afraid to educate yourself on how to better your chances of having healthy pregnancy. Having a basic personal knowledge of pregnancy and its limitations is absolutely imperative during your pregnancy. Also, our practice has a physician on call 24 hours a day in the event of an unexpected delivery. Our practice delivers exclusively at Valley Hospital and Medical Center in the Spokane Valley. To see a more detailed description of our appointments and what they entail, visit our patient education page. From your initial visit to the 28th week of pregnancy, you will be seen every 4 weeks. From the 28th week to the 36th week, you will be seen every 2 weeks. The 36th week to delivery, you will be seen every week. (Subject to change if provider finds more frequent visits necessary). Each visit is approximately 10 minutes but can run later on occasion.
